Lenovo ThinkPad X13s Review

The ThinkPad X13s is Lenovo's first Snapdragon laptop, which was built in close collaboration with Qualcomm and features their Snapdragon 8Cx Gen 3. This extremely thin and light laptop (only 2.35lbs) has the longest battery life we've seen on a ThinkPad and even comes with 5G connectivity!

The ThinkPad brand has always been the "iconic" business laptop brand and for good reason. ThinkPad's have always performed great and had the business features people want. The ThinkPad X1 Yoga is a great 2-in-1 that gives you the feel of a traditional notebook, but also can transform into a tablet, be set to give a presentation, or even view multimedia. The X1 Yoga is currently in its third generation, bringing with it the new Intel 8th Generation Core i5-8250U quad-core processor. This Core i5 processor does support Hyper-Threading and has a very impressive power envelope of only 15W. Lenovo has also updated the finger print reader and even put a shutter on the webcam so you don't have to worry about anyone spying on you! Is this the perfect business laptop for you? Lenovo Yoga 920 2-In-1 Ultrabook Review

A little while ago I reached out to Lenovo asking what would be a great laptop for this month long trip I was going on. Something that was not overly large, but still powerful enough for our daily activities like working on the site, editing photos & video, and more. Lenovo came back and said their Yoga 920 would be the perfect laptop for me. The Yoga 920 sits the company's premium two-in-one ultraportable, the unit we are taking a look today packs in an 8th-generation Intel Core i7-8550U processor, integrated Intel HD 620 graphics, 8GB of DDR4 2400 RAM, a 256GB solid-state hard drive, and a 13.9-inch FHD (1920 x 1080) touch display with razor-thin 5mm bezels. The system also has an incredibly elegant design with Lenovo's watchband hinge that allows you put the system in many different orientations. Finally you get two USB-C Thunderbolt 3 ports! I've had this system for over a month, read along and see if it was indeed the system I needed for my trip!

Havit HV-TPC68 USB C Hub Review

USB Type-C is something we are seeing a lot more, not just on motherboards, but on laptops as well. The Type-C connection not only is smaller, but is also the same connection use for Thunderbolt 3. With many new laptops opting for USB Type-C and having Thunderbolt 3 there is a lot of bandwidth there that really is not used, especially when it comes to Ultrabooks. The common thing now with Ultrabooks is to have two Type-C ports and possibly one other normal Type-A port. That is really limiting if you want to connect more than one device. Also one thing that seems to be missing from most new Ultrabooks is a card reader. So that is where the new USB Type-C hubs come in and today we are checking out the Havit HV-TCP68, which gives you three USB 3.0 Type-A ports, a card reader, HDMI, and a Type-C port which can be used for charging. Let's see if it is the perfect accessory for your Ultrabook.
