Lenovo’s A-Series of tablets is made up of three models. First you have the 7-inch A7 which is made for reading and browsing, the 8-inch A8 billed as an entertainment tablets and the 10-inch A10 which can be used for both entertainment and productivity. All three tablets feature the same Mediatek 1.3 GHz quad-core SoC, 1GB of RAM, 16GB of storage and run Android 4.4.2. Lenovo has always done a pretty good job at taking criticism and improving products with new revisions. The Yoga Tablet 10 HD+ hopes to be one of those products. This second generation version of the tablet features a higher resolution (1920 x 1200) screen, more powerful Snapdragon 400 APQ8028 quad-core SoC, and improved 8-megapixel camera. The tablet also offers a very unique cylinder-type design on its bottom edge. The 8-inch tablet market is literally overflowing with choices. What makes 8-inch or similar tablets great is that they are small enough that you really do not feel like you are carrying around say a laptop or Ultrabook. While Lenovo does offer 8-inch tablets, this is a ThinkPad tablet, which means it is targeted at business users. Being a business user on the go you want something powerful enough and that can do everything that your PC or laptop can do. I would much rather carry around an 8-inch tablet than an Ultrabook. Lenovo IdeaCentre Horizon Review

I would have to say one of the products I was most impressed by this January at CES was Lenovo’s 27-inch Tablet / All-in-One PC. Wait, why I am I calling it a tablet? Well because it is, unlike most larger all-in-one’s it actually has a battery so it does not need to be connected to power at all times. Being that it is a tablet the stand allows it to easily be put down flat for a full tablet-top tablet experience. Don’t worry though the Horizon is still made for getting work done too. It is packed with an Intel Core i7-3537U, NVIDIA GeForce GT620M, 8 GB of DDR3 memory, 1TB hard drive, 720p webcam, 802.11 b/g/n wireless and Bluetooth 4.0. Of course the unit is also one large 27-inch 1080p display! This is a product that can act as a simple work machine, family computer or even a touch-gaming device. Let’s check it out!

Lenovo IdeaPad Yoga 11 Review

Lenovo has been making headlines with their IdeaPad Yoga. It is a tablet convertible that can be used as a laptop as well. There are 11-inch and 13-inch models. While the larger 13-inch model has the choice of Intel Core processors, the 11-inch does not and is rather powered by the NVIDIA Tegra 3 platform. Today we will be taking a look at that unit which does offer a very sleek and slim design, responsive 11.6-inch touchscreen, Lenovo’s patent-pending hinge design that allows the screen to flip completely over and it is running Windows RT. Lenovo IdeaTab Lynx Windows 8 Tablet Review

We have seen quite a few Windows 8 tablets emerge since CES. These tablets gives users the full Windows 8 experience on a slate device that they can easily take with them. Microsoft’s own Surface Pro has a very expensive price tag of $899. For those not looking to shell out that much money for a Windows 8 tablet experience Lenovo has a few different options. Today we are taking a look at their IdeaTab Lynx, which at $499 is a much less expensive option. It features an Intel Atom Z2760 (1.8 GHz) processor, 2GB of DDR3 memory and a 64GB solid state drive under the hood. On the exterior you have an 11.6-inch 5-point touch IPS panel with a resolution of 1366 x 768. Most importantly this tablet runs the full version of Windows 8 making it a great solution for those looking to be productive on the road.

Marware MicroShell Folio Kindle Fire HD Case Review

When you buy a tablet or any piece of technology it is an investment and you want to protect it. I’ve had my Kindle Fire HD for a little while now and I use it quite often so I knew I needed to get some type of protective case for it. I couldn’t keep throwing it in my laptop bag and expect to to not get scratched. There are so many Kindle covers and cases I really did not know what to get. After looking around I was set on the MicroShell Folio from Marware. It has a hard shell case back that will protect most of my Kindle, but has a folio top cover. This still protects the screen of the Kindle, but keeps the size of device as a whole down, which is what I wanted. Will this be the next case for your Kindle Fire HD? Read on as we find out...

Amazon Kindle Fire HD Tablet Review

You know for me I never saw the need for an Amazon Kindle. I get all kinds of gadgets to play with and I have two tablets already, which I rarely use. I ended up winning the Kindle Fire HD at a party at CES so I was pretty curious to see what all the buzz was about. I do actually read a lot, but I tried to make the switch over to reading on tablets and it just did not stick. I think the biggest thing was that I didn’t want to carry a large tablet around with me all of the time. The Kindle Fire HD being only 7-inches is the smallest tablet I have owned or really spent an extended period of time with. After taking it out of the package I said to myself, “wow this thing is small and who would want a tablet this size?” But after using it for a few weeks it seems to be the perfect device to read on. Of course there is much more you can do on the Kindle fire HD as well so let’s go ahead and get this review started!

Le Pan is a name you may not know but you really should. We have received so much feedback on our review of the original Le Pan TC970 tablet and our unboxing video is one of our most viewed videos on our YouTube page. The Le Pan tablets are really powerful and great tablets. There are so many Android tablets out there it is really hard to decide which one to get, especially with all of these larger brands shoving their overpriced and underpowered tablets down your throat. The Le Pan II is much improved over the original Le Pan tablet with a faster processor, more memory and it runs Android 3.2 with a free upgrade to 4.0 when it becomes available.
